Peace Of Mind From Threats We Never Even Saw Coming
AVC actually caught malware on our network before I even realized anything was wrong. At a small library like ours, supporting about ten devices, something like that could easily disrupt patron services or cause downtime.
Their team removed the malware right away and checked to make sure nothing else had been affected. From what I could tell, it was contained almost immediately. If it hadn’t been caught early, we could have been dealing with downtime, data risk, and disruption for our patrons.
